One IndexNow ping, every participating search engine.

IndexBoost sends new and updated URLs from your sitemap to IndexNow, which shares them with Bing, Yandex, Yep and the other engines that take part.

How IndexNow works in IndexBoost

Upload one small text file. Every new or updated page is submitted after that.

  1. 1

    Add your site

Sites are imported from Google Search Console when you sign in.

  2. 2

    Download the key file

IndexBoost generates an IndexNow key for your site. Download it from the IndexNow step in site settings.

  3. 3

    Upload it to your root

Put the UTF-8 key file at the root of your domain. IndexBoost checks that it is reachable before using it.

  4. 4

    Submit automatically

New and updated URLs from your sitemap go to IndexNow, up to 500 a day.

Why add IndexNow

One call, many engines
Participating search engines share IndexNow submissions, so you do not submit to each one separately.
Same key, every engine
The key file on your domain proves ownership to every engine that takes part. No accounts to create.
Updates, not only new pages
Changed pages are submitted too, so search engines can refresh what they show.
Re-submit on demand
Request an IndexNow re-submission of any URL from the dashboard or through the MCP server.

Common questions

Which search engines use IndexNow?

Bing, Yandex and Yep among others. Google does not take part, so IndexBoost submits to Google through the Google Indexing API instead.

What is the IndexNow key file?

A small text file containing your key, hosted at the root of your domain. Search engines fetch it to confirm that submissions for the site come from you.

How many URLs can I submit?

Up to 500 IndexNow submissions per day on every plan.

Does IndexNow guarantee indexing?

No. It tells search engines a URL is new or changed. Each engine still decides whether and when to index it.
