Get new pages into Google without waiting for a crawl.
IndexBoost finds new and updated URLs in your sitemap, checks whether Google already has them, and submits the missing ones through the Google Indexing API.
How Google indexing works
Setup takes a few minutes. After that, new pages are picked up and submitted without any clicks.
- 1
Sign in with Google
Connect the Google account that manages your sites in Search Console. Your verified properties are imported automatically.
- 2
Add a service account
A service account submits pages to the Indexing API on your behalf. Use one we provision, or upload your own.
- 3
Check index status
Every URL in your sitemap is checked with the Search Console URL Inspection API, so only pages Google is missing get submitted.
- 4
Submit what is missing
Pages that are not indexed go to the Google Indexing API within your daily quota. Pages still not indexed are retried on a schedule.
Built around Google’s own APIs
- Sitemap read every 10 minutes
- New and updated URLs are discovered from your sitemap shortly after you publish them. You do not need to paste URLs anywhere.
- Newest content first
- Fresh pages take priority. Older queued pages are swept in near the end of the day, so a large backlog never blocks today’s post.
- Fair quota across sites
- When several of your sites share one Google account, each gets a fair share of the daily quota. The busiest site cannot use it all.
- On-demand checks
- Refresh any link’s Google status from the dashboard, and re-submit it to the Indexing API right away if it comes back as not indexed.
- No duplicate submissions
- URLs that differ only by a #fragment or a tracking parameter such as gclid or fbclid are treated as one link.
- Search Console data on the site page
- See clicks, impressions, average CTR and average position for the last 7 days next to your indexing progress.
Common questions
Is the Google Indexing API safe to use?
It is an official Google API. IndexBoost only uses official interfaces from Google, and you can revoke access to your account or service account at any time.
Why do you need access to Google Search Console?
We use it to verify that you own the site, import your properties and read each URL’s index status. Sign-in is read-only.
How many pages can I submit per day?
It depends on your plan, from 200 pages a day on Small up to 2,000 on Enterprise. The site page shows how many links are left and roughly how many days they will take.
How quickly do pages show up in Google?
Usually within 48 hours of submission. Google still decides whether to index a page, so thin or duplicate content may not be indexed.
Can I use my own service account?
Yes. Upload your own Google service account from the dashboard, or use one we provision for you. Both are managed on the service accounts page.
