Know which of your pages Google has, and which it doesn’t.

IndexBoost checks every URL in your sitemap with the Search Console URL Inspection API and keeps checking until each one is indexed.

How monitoring works

No URL lists to upload. Monitoring starts when you enable a site.

  1. 1

    Sign in with Google

Your Search Console properties are imported. Newly verified domains are picked up automatically later.

  2. 2

    Enable a site

IndexBoost reads the site’s sitemap and adds every URL to its link list.

  3. 3

    Check each URL

Each link is checked with the URL Inspection API and marked indexed or not.

  4. 4

    Retry until indexed

Pages that are not indexed yet are submitted and checked again on a regular schedule.

Common questions

Where does the index status come from?

From Google’s Search Console URL Inspection API, the same data you see when you inspect a URL in Search Console.

How often is each URL checked?

On a regular schedule until it is indexed. Pages that are still not indexed keep being retried, even on sites that publish a lot.

Do I need to upload a list of URLs?

No. URLs come from your sitemap, and new ones are picked up every 10 minutes.

Are disabled sites checked?

No. Disabled sites are not checked, so they do not use up API calls.
